At United Centerless Grinding & Thread Rolling, we have a wide variety of capabilities, and that means that customers may speak to several different members of our team in their time working with us. Each employee contributes to making sure your requirements are understood and your work stays on track.
We wanted to introduce some of the people you may interact with and share more about the experience they bring to their roles.
N.J. Goulet III
N.J. is president of United Centerless Grinding & Thread Rolling, the third generation of his family to serve in this role. During his 25 years with the company, he has helped drive the business forward through strong customer service and continued investment in new technology and capabilities.
Within the shop, N.J. tries to create a culture where employees take pride in their workmanship and are excited to share it with their families and peers. His Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering also gives him a strong technical foundation when discussing manufacturing requirements with customers.
Teri Farrelly
Teri Farrelly has been our office coordinator and vendor purchaser for 4 years and is one of the first points of contact for many customers. Her responsibilities include purchasing, processing incoming jobs, providing order acknowledgements, and helping facilitate the quoting process.
She particularly enjoys the diversity of her changing day-to-day work and the way that presents her with so many opportunities to learn something new.
Brittany Berube
Brittany Berube is the assistant plant manager at UCGTR. She’s been at the company for 6 years, and spends her days communicating with customers and planning production.
Brittany enjoys continually learning more about different machining applications and seeing how the parts manufactured at our shop are ultimately used in the real world.
Sarah Pinto
Sarah has been UCGTR’s bookkeeper for six years. She records and categorizes the company’s daily financial transactions while helping the organization work toward its goals.
For customers, Sarah is available to answer questions and provide clarification regarding billing as well as take credit card payments.
Larry Vincent
Larry has been our plant manager for three years, and he brings with him more than 45 years of experience in manufacturing.
He is responsible for day-to-day operations and financial accountability, including accounts payable and receivable. Larry also responds to customer requests for delivery information and helps address quality concerns.
He especially values working with our team to fulfill the company’s mission.
Peter Pozzato
Peter has worked at UCGTR for 18 years and is a key member of our maintenance operation. His primary responsibility is rebuilding and maintaining the machines that support our manufacturing work.
By repairing equipment internally and modernizing proven machines, Peter and the rest of our in-house rebuild and maintenance team help minimize downtime and let us deliver the precision our customers require.
Justice Ninson
Justice is department lead for our Swiss machining services and has been with UCGTR for three years. His responsibilities include quoting, planning, and programming new jobs, as well as setting up and operating machines.
Justice talks to customers about their Swiss-machined parts to make sure they will meet blueprint specifications and remain on schedule. He enjoys the challenges involved because they continually help him improve. He has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing.
Joshua Garcia
Joshua has been with the company since January 2020 and works as a centerless grinder and thread rolling machinist. His role includes precision thread rolling and working with new thread requirements and modified components.
Joshua helps customers understand different thread applications and determine which may work best for their parts.
Stephanie Wilson
Stephanie is the manager in our medical device department and has been with UCGTR for seven years. She organizes and oversees setups, production, and quality within the department.
Stephanie values the continuous learning involved in her work and enjoys understanding the direct impact of the parts she helps manufacture. Her background includes wire EDM machining, CNC Swiss screw machining, SolidWorks, and ESPRIT.
Corey Vincent
Corey recently joined UCGTR as our quality manager. He is responsible for ensuring customers receive the highest quality product by adhering to strict quality standards and testing processes.
He brings many years of experience in automotive manufacturing quality for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Corey prioritizes transparency and urgency in customer communications to create an elevated experience. He also considers it an honor to know that people rely on the parts we produce every day to meet a need in their lives.
Brady Pinto
Brady is our shipper and receiver responsible for handling incoming and outgoing parts. He enjoys working with others and developing new skills. His patience and personable approach also help create a positive experience for customers and coworkers.
Alicia Wilson
Alicia is our wire EDM specialist. Her duties include EDM setup and burning along with CAD/CAM programming. She has also received formal training in ESPRIT and SolidWorks.
Alicia helps customers by processing quotes quickly and optimizing toolpaths in CAM so jobs can move straight into production without delays. She especially enjoys seeing a part progress from an initial drawing through production to the finished component.
